Job Summary:

TheNational Center for Wellness and Recovery (NCWR) at the Oklahoma State UniversityCenter for Health Sciences (OSU-CHS) is seeking an Assistant Director ofPrograms to oversee contracts and evaluation.

This is a grant funded position.

The Assistant Director of Programs for Contractsand Evaluation will work directly with the Director of Programs to leadevaluation of multiple grants and contractual agreements. This position willmanage staff assigned to database development and oversight and will leadtraining programs for partnering organizations, assuring their successful useof our specialized data systems.

Environmental Hazards:
Typical office environment. Some travel will required.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry 8-10 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger,grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or withoutreasonable accommodations.

Education & Experience

Position Qualifications:

Required:
- Master Degree in a HumanServices related field or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of five (5)years relevant work experience in assessment and evaluation, communityengagement, and population outcomes required, as is vast experience in facilitatingtraining and professional development

Preferred:
- Terminal degree and/or specialized training and certification in evaluation measures
