The Colorado Center for Personalized Medicine (CCPM) at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus has built a clinically certified CCPM Biobank with >80,000 patients and is rapidly expanding. CCPM is looking to build clinical applications to partner with UCHealth to return clinical results to patients at scale.
Under the direction and guidance of the Associate Director of Translational Informatics Services (TIS) within CCPM, this full-time, benefits-eligible Full Stack Developer with proven public cloud experience Google Cloud Platforms (GCP) who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise scale solutions to support return of genetic results for clinical care.Examples of Work Performed:

) for this position has been established at $67,245 - $102,000.The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.The above salary range (or hiring range

- Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Experience developing online/cloud applications, working with python and flask, and experience working in a cloud environment
- Familiarity with common stacks and databases (e.g. BigQuery, APIs (e.g. HL7, FHIR) and UI/UX design
- Experience working in a Google Cloud environment.
- Demonstrated experience with technical/analytical verification and validation of software for clinical use.
- Exposure to bioinformatics, GWAS, NGS
- Familiarity with EPIC Genomics Module
