Job Description:ECU School of Art and Design is currently seeking Office Assistants.
Duties will include answering the department telephone in a professional manner, communicating with faculty and students as they enter main office, preparing spreadsheets as assigned, filling the copier, organizing and inventorying supplies, performing general light cleaning and sanitizing, and delivering packages in the building.
Front Desk needs to be covered from 8am to 5pm, Monday – Friday. Please provide the hours that you are able to work.
Hourly rate $10 per hour.
