Primary Function of Organizational Unit:

The Pirate Academic Success Center is the centralized learning center for ECU undergraduates. PASC offers free tutoring, study groups, academic skills coaching, peer academic success coaching, community tutoring, and learning communities for ECU enrolled students.

Job Duties :

Administrative support for PASC digital services for online tutoring services and appointments.

Specific job duties include:

· Assists in maintaining students access for digital tutoring services. · Makes digital appointments for students.· Monitors and observes online tutoring services. · Assists technology and tutoring staff in providing online tutoring options.· Performs data entry processes of student usage in digital tutoring services.· Answer phone and email inquiries for tutoring services. · Troubleshoots TEAMS platform for students and tutoring staff.

Minimum Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education:

Familiar with Microsoft products including Teams platform, Bookings, and Outlook.
