Job Description:ECU School of Theatre and Dance is currently seeking Federal Work-Study students to sell tickets out of the ECU/Loessin Playhouse Box Office. Learning the software for tickets sales is crucial.
These students are also needed to assist with everyday office duties, including but not limited to:
-Answering incoming calls
-Checking the box office email
-Processing donations
-Handling incoming/outgoing mail
-Implementation of pandemic safety measures and sanitation
-Assisting returning/new subscribers with purchasing season tickets
-Assisting in some marketing responsibilities
-Assisting in some Front of House responsibilities

-A friendly and welcoming work environment
Regular box office hours are M-F 10 am – 4 p.m. and some evenings and weekends are scheduled. However, scheduling is done around students’ schedule.
