The Sr. Program Coordinator will assist in the coordination of the undergraduate English major and minor programs (about 625 students).

Major aspects of coordinating the undergraduate program include:

  • All the planning, preparation and execution of tasks associated with Department Commencement
  • Assisting the Associate Chair in course scheduling, course catalog preparation
  • Preparing and maintaining information and files on all English majors
  • Directly serving undergraduates along with the Director of Undergraduate Studies by assisting with the processes of credit approval, transfers, degree requirements and registration.
Required Skills
  • Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years' related experience.
  • Prior experience with student experience.
  • Advising is strongly preferred, as is event planning experience.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • A high level of self-sufficiency, and strong interpersonal skills desired.
  • Must be able to balance competing priorities.
