Job Summary:

Serve as the public’s initial contact with Trail Point Aquatics & Wellness. Communicates with members and the general public in a friendly, knowledgeable and courteous manner. The position focuses on member service, membership retention and promotion.

Essential Functions:

Engage in meaningful conversation with Trail Point’s Members, Students, Staff and Faculty. Verify all members and participants are approved to use the facility. Follow policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency and safety for all members and staff. Work collaboratively alongside a dedicated team, practicing strong communication and being inclusive of others. Make connections with members by engaging in friendly and genuine conversation while members are checking into the facility, asking questions and exiting the facility. Become well versed in Trail Points offerings including hours of operation, membership pricing, tours, form management and more.

Required Qualifications:

Must possess strong communication skills in person and on the phone and must have strong attention-to-detail. Ability to make independent and sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Ability to address member concerns and account issues professionally. Ability to reflect a positive attitude in teamwork. Must be knowledgeable of current software applications Ability to complete CPR/First Aid Certification within 60 days of hire.

Work Schedule:

Typical shifts are 3-4 hours in length and schedules are permanent for each semester.Hours of Operation:Monday-Friday 5:00am-9:00pmSaturday & Sunday: 7:00am-5:00p
