The National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD), Division of Bacterial Disease (DBD), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has one internship position available for one first-year graduate Public Health student
Responsibilities The selected individual’s responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Data entryDigitally organize and process case report filesOrganize literature references and assist with data leaning activities for the 2019 case year (which includes communicating with the state partners and coordinating with the team’s data/surveillance epidemiologist).
Interested in a career in public health. Organized, detailed oriented, and self-motivated. Basic/intermediate experience with SAS statistical software is a plus. Tasks included: data entry for Supplemental Legionnaire’ disease Surveillance System case report forms
