Job Summary/Basic Function

The Digital Engagement Specialist Apprentice will contribute to the Enrollment team’s overall digital content strategy, including identifying needs and proposing solutions. Utilize and leverage digital solutions like mobile apps, social media platforms, virtual event platforms and CRM tools to engage with prospective students throughout the student recruitment lifecycle. Duties will include content management strategy, managing social media apps & platforms to leverage enrollment, monitoring social activity, creative collaboration with the Enrollment team and other departments.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor/moderate and manage content in a social mobile app for prospective students and various social media platforms
• Review, evaluate and assist in scheduling and managing virtual events
• Provide creative input and innovative ideas on social media channels/strategies as it relates to engaging high school students in the recruitment process
• Co-manage and provide creative direction to Digital Student Ambassadors
• Analyze social media performance, build and update bi-weekly reports to share with Enrollment staff
• Meet regularly with our external virtual and social platform vendors (Zee Mee, Hello Campus & Platform Q) to stay up to date with product enhancements, features and best practices






Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2.5 GPA
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
• Positive attitude and eager to learn Growth mindset
• Preferred majors: Communication (Social Media), Computer Science, Software Development, Marketing, Business Administration
• Familiarity of various social media platforms, technologically savvy, strong verbal and written communication skills, mobile app content management, digital marketing, data analytics
