Job Summary

This position will consist of clerical/receptionist work: answering phones, filing, copying, typing, shredding, equipment upkeep, assisting 21 faculty members with tasks as requested, greeting and directing students and guests, and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at UWG. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; must have a valid driver’s license and GPA of 2.5 or higher. Need exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

A class schedule that permits work hours during lunches (at a minimum) on Monday/Wednesday, preferably more.
