Job Description:

ECU School of Dental Medicine is currently seeking an Informatics Computer Assistant, This position is located in the Office of Informatics and Education and reports to the Systems Operations & Administration Manager.

The primary purpose and responsibility of this position is to provide support for the School of Dental Medicine’s (SoDM’s) collaboration initiatives. The selected candidate will assist the Systems Operations & Administration team in the support of collaboration meetings by scheduling, starting, and proctoring collaboration events for the school. This includes but is not limited to classes, meetings, conferences, and special events through the use of video collaboration systems. It is essential that the selected candidate possess a technical knowledge of Apple hardware and software, video conference management, virtual collaboration systems, hosted meeting systems, and have excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
