Job Details
Coordinates administrative processes and/or marketing efforts involved in supporting PA Program with tasks related to recruitment, selection, admission, registration, orientation, and progression of students. Coordinate record reviews as needed with graduate and international student offices. Support centralized admissions processes through CASPA as needed. Maintains confidential student files; utilizes various software platforms, including, but not limited to, PeopleSoft, Student Success Collaborative, ARC-PA eAccreditation, Microsoft Excel to manage and report data. Supports programs with specialized advising needs: provides accurate information to students regarding university policies, procedures, academic requirements, campus resources, and degree completion planning. Compiles and maintains records related to administrative processes associated with program assessment, evaluation, accreditation, and clinical education. Enters data related to program accreditation and prepares reports. Provides administrative support for clinical agency affiliation agreements; works in collaboration with PA Program Director, Clinical Coordinator and Dean’s Office to ensure affiliation agreements are complete and current. As directed, provide follow-up communication support with Office of General Counsel. Initiates routine communication; receives, screens, and responds to inquiries on the phone or in writing; provides general information about University and PA Program; maintains department/program communication regarding admissions requirements, basic academic policies, general program information, and routine email/letters/phone scripts. Provide support for equipment, supplies and inventory needs of PA program. Other duties to support success of PA program, faculty and students as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree and at least three years of related work experienceExperience in a college setting with previous advising and/or student-related experience.Excellent organizational and management skills that allow for coordination of complex activities and projects.Ability to multitask and set priorities to accomplish work by stated deadlines.Strong communication skills that facilitate working relationships with students, faculty, staff, preceptors, community partners and advisory committee.Knowledge and skills with computer software programs including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, cloud-based programs and website management.Ability to travel to off-site locations when necessary for program support (e.g. open houses, information sessions, program meetings)
