Job Summary/Basic Function:Supervise nursing students during clinical experiences as they learn total patient care. Evaluate nursing student performance in providing direct patient care, and grade associated assignments. Supervise nursing students in lecture setting and manage grading of coursework.
Minimum Qualifications:Four-year college degree, with a concentration in Nursing (BSN) and must be willing to pursue MSN immediately after becoming hired faculty. MSN is preferred. Eager to encourage nursing students and serve as a role model for Christian Nursing ministry. Must be actively involved in a local evangelical church. Must be CPR certified. Recent clinical experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:MSN degree.
Recent or ongoing clinical experience preferred.
Experience teaching BSN students.
