Supervised by the Datacenter team manager: plans, installs & supports Client/Server systems, Web Servers, LAN/WAN network platforms, relational database administration & network storage using on premise and cloud technologies. Includes: testing of new software applications, applying corrective service patches, designing and implementing client/server security controls to prevent unauthorized access, writing script programs to automate functions, managing system backups & maintaining appropriate support documentation for all software & hardware. Designs, installs maintains datacenter based storage technologies. Responsible for installing & maintaining virtual infrastructures.

This position requires a high school diploma and 5 years experience in computer system development and modification or a bachelor's degree in a related area and one (1) year experience in computer system development and modification.

Employee must have the knowledge and technical skills using MS Servers, Internet Informations Server or other Web Server platforms, on premise and cloud SQL, Active Directory, server virtualizaytion technology. Experience with Azure cloud services, cloud/on premise security and Database management preferred. Employee must have the ability to prepare technical and non-technical reports, effectively communicate orally and in writing, and provide technical advice for the planning, evaluation and implementation of software and hardware this includes storage technologies in cloud and on premise.
