Job Description:

The Enterprise Data - Integrations team provides webservice and application support to various internal and external webservice clients. The ideal candidate is expected to respond to service management requests, investigate problems, and determine and document business solutions for complex system problems in an effective, timely manner. This role will also propose interim work-around and perform software enhancements and liaise with other application and systems areas to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues.

Expected Salary:

$75,000 – $88,000; commensurate based on education and experience. In addition, the University of Florida offers a very competitive benefits package. https://benefits.hr.ufl.edu/

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following education, experience and skills:

• Integrating enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems with other third party or homegrown systems.
• Developing and supporting a growing API ecosystem including webservice- security, design, versioning, and operational support.

To be successful in this position, the incumbent must:

• Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members, on a daily basis, to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design to develop quality technical solutions, with a thorough understanding of the IT systems and capabilities
• Utilizes a high level of verbal and written communication skills
• Communicate with a variety of stakeholders on a highly technical level or non-technical level (as needed) via email, telephone, and in-person and virtual meetings (as required)
