Summary

The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) provides a direct linkage between Tulane University’s Information Technology Department and University Business Partners, proactively serving as a trusted advisor, key point of contact, and advocate on their behalf to ensure IT services meet their strategic priorities and everyday business needs. Under the direction of the AVP for BRM, the BRM III leads initiatives that result in new and better ways of doing business. The BRM III is a value creator and innovator that works with business partners to define and prioritize technology initiatives that will bring the most benefit to the university, school, or department.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and seven years of relevant experience

OR

• High School Diploma/Equivalent and thirteen years of relevant experience

AND

• Demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders in multiple organizations.
• BRMP certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Basic understanding of ITSM/ITIL
• Prior experience in Higher Education
• CBRM certification
