Join the culinary team at St. Norbert College, a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college, with a best food in WI colleges ranking (www.snc.edu/dining). We are seeking a full-time Prep Cook for the Allergen Station at Ruth’s Marketplace, our largest dining venue on campus which serves over 2,200 meals per day to students, faculty and staff.

This position is responsible for producing approved menu items for the allergen station while maintaining a strictly controlled flow of food from receiving to service to prevent cross contact with potential allergens.  This is a 9 month (academic-year) position, working annually from mid-August to mid-May and will generally work Monday - Friday from 11:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
