Our mission is to serve quality products with fast and friendly service in a clean atmosphere.

Provides for the efficient and timely service of meals to catering guests. Assign & monitor job activities of front of the house personnel. Assures presentation of food and service at the front of the house as needed in appropriate quantities and in accordance with sanitation & quality. Assurance guidelines for customer needs. This person is responsible for the appropriate quantities and quality of food service in accordance with CNU policies and in accordance with VA health department guidelines. This position is to insure that the client and guest receive the 4 start quality customer service.

Demonstrate basic math skills

Previous supervisory tasks concurrently

Ability to communicate in writing or verbally to both supervisors and subordinates

Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience waiting tables and/or catering/banquet experience

Previous experience supervising/managing in a food service environment

Experience Preferred:

Experience working at a college or university

Prior experience as a Banquet Captain or assistant catering manager
