Job Summary

The Student Housing & Residential Life office is seeking enthusiastic, creative, and responsible students to aid in quarantine locations. Reporting to the Head of Department, the Residential Life COVID support team supports the Student Housing & Residential Life in its mission to create an exceptional on campus living experience for all students.

The Residential Life COVID support team will be tasked with providing support for coordination with student housing in a COVID environment. This position will require limited contact and communication with individuals who have tested positive for COVID-19.

The Student Housing COVID support team will be required to live on campus at a designated location. This person will work with the COVID support team to help coordinate communication between departments and to students and will need to have strong communication skills both written and verbal.

The position includes working with and helping students in quarantine. It also includes room management and distributing inventory, cleaning and sanitizing, wellness checks and evaluating policies and processes related to COVID.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Tends to the needs of on campus housing tenants

  • Coordinates programming for tenants

  • Cleans and sanitizes building spaces

  • Handles correspondence

  • Uses a cart for transportation

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Residential Life Experience a plus

  • Must have interpersonal/human relation skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Comfortable with computers

  • Experience with databases and excel strongly desired (VLOOK UP experience a plus)

  • Strong presentation skills both in-person and online

  • US driver’s license a plus
