Job Description The Recruitment Coordinator will oversee the undergraduate recruitment and admissions processes in the College of Business Administration. The Coordinator will collaborate effectively with the CoBA Advising Services, department chairs, faculty, and administrators to positively impact enrollment yield. The Coordinator will also provide oversight for the college level SLATE/CRM communication plan, coordinate outreach efforts, communicate with campus level enrollment management, provide data needed to drive recruitment-focused decision making, and exhibit a high level of energy and enthusiasm in representing the college in the enrollment management landscape. This position will report to the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies in the College of Business Administration.

    Enhance successful recruitment and outreach efforts to increase interest from prospective students; serve as liaison for CoBA for all recruitment related initiatives Provide appropriate follow-up communication with prospective students regarding inquiries on course content, campus and student life, and scholarship opportunities Represent the university at local, regional and national recruiting events; build relationships with faculty and staff at feeder institutions Coordinate special recruitment events with departments in CoBA and coordinate representation at on- and off-campus recruitment events¿ In collaboration with CoBA leadership, design, implement and execute recruitment, outreach, and nurture strategies to positively impact enrollment yield Conduct informational sessions (face-to-face or virtual) as needed Maintain and enhance recruitment materials, including digital and social media Compile data and materials to prepare reports and summaries for department and college leadership Track analytics from SLATE/CRM to contribute to informed decision making for resource allocation¿ Collaborate with admissions office to meet campus strategic goals in recruitment and enrollment Collaborate with college advisors to streamline admissions and enrollment processes and assist with CoBA retention efforts Recruit and supervise a team of CoBA student ambassadors Contribute to College-level strategic planning efforts for recruitment and retention

Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience).

Preferred Qualifications
    Three years of student services and/or higher education recruitment experience. Knowledge of CRMs and other supportive databases.Computer and database literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to prioritize various tasks and assignments.Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills..
