UWG Commitment Statement
Dedicating ourselves to the curation of a first-choice university.
The student will be the first point of contact for the program. The student will preform general office duties which include: answering the phone, assisting students and visitors, distributing mail, printing, and scanning. The student will also assist faculty and staff with printing, scanning, campus errands and any other task assigned to them.
Required QualificationsMust be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours, maintain at least a 2.0 grade point average, and be approved for Federal Work Study.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred QualificationsExperience with Google Sheets and Google Docs.

Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesThe student should have a good work ethic and be able to preform duties in a professional manner. The student will need to have good verbal and written communication skills and use critical thinking in order to preform certain tasks that are assigned.

The ability to move around the office and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
