The Administrative Assistant supports activities of the main office of the School of Music at the College of Fine Arts. The Administrative Assistant coordinates and supervises student workers, and greets and assists visitors, students, faculty, and staff. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the School of Music Admissions team on recruitment initiatives and is the primary point person for the School of Music social media campaigns. This position reports to the School of Music Business Manager.
B.A./B.S. required, three to five years experience and familiarity with classical music.
