Hours:
Up to 19 hours per week as assigned; Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, days and evening hours.

$15.00/hr

Criminal Background Check:
Pre-employment criminal background checks are required for all Staff and Faculty positions. Pre-employment urinalyses drug screens are also required for all top candidates considered for positions in ACC's College Police department.

To provide support and technical assistance.Description of Duties and TasksEssential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provides first level student/faculty and staff support, customer service, and technical assistance.Assists with software and hardware related problems, and appropriately coordinates second level requests through the submission of Technical Support Service tickets.Remains visible and available to all students, faculty, and guests requiring technical assistance.Stays updated with campus technology changes and problems and remains acquainted with the college's help resources.Monitors student and faculty activity in the ACCelerator through conducting walkthroughs and providing front desk support as needed.Performs routine and preventative maintenance of ACCelerator lab, classroom, and study room equipment (e.g. dusting, cleaning, logging off workstations, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring equipment is in safe operating condition.Participates in special projects as needed.KnowledgeMust possess required knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.

One year related work experience.Required Education
Work is routinely performed in a standard office or similar environment. Subject to standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing, and pulling. Occasional lifting of objects up to 10 pounds.Safety
