Job Description

This Administrative Assistant will act as a liaison between students, faculty, administration and the legal community. The individual will be responsible for assisting the professors in the suite with editing articles, grading exams, coordinating all correspondence for assigned professors, proctoring exams, making travel arrangements, preparing travel reimbursements and other general office duties. This assistant will also coordinate activities for student programs (Family Law & Family Services Clinic).

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of college or associates degree and 2 years of administrative experience.

The successful candidate will have effective interpersonal and customer service skills for working with students, faculty and other professionals within the legal community. This assistant will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Full time, benefit-eligible position

Salary

$13.27 - $16.75
