Position Summary:

The Executive Education Programs in the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia seek qualified applicants for Director of Executive Education Programs, with an expected start date of October 1, 2021. The Director will lead and represent the Atlanta-based Terry Executive Education Programs, which are housed at the Terry Executive Education Center in Buckhead. The position provides administrative leadership to Executive Education Programs, including strategic planning, business development and outreach, program assessment and delivery, and financial management. The Director will oversee all strategic, operational, logistical, and external aspects of the Programs, including managing a team of 6+ and the Program budget. The Director will serve as the main interface between the business community and Terry faculty, staff, alumni, and the University of Georgia, to assure high-quality programs and rewarding learning environments. The Terry College Executive Education Programs provide outreach to the private sector throughout Georgia, as well as regionally, nationally, and internationally. Executive Education delivers high impact non-degree certificate and professional designation programming via open enrollment, custom engagement, and conferences to help individuals and organizations improve their efficiency and effectiveness to meet their goals and objectives.

This position reports to the Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Programs and will hold a faculty rank of Administrative A. Internal applicants may be eligible to retain faculty rank on appointment.
