Position Description:
Under the direction of the Senior Director, Leadership and Annual Giving and the Assoc/Assist Directors, support all leadership and annual giving programs and projects (student and young alumni giving, reunion giving, and Dean's Society).

Responsibilities include: Pull accurate lists, reports and track goals. Work w/ key volunteers to answer questions, provide info/lists on a recurring basis and provide high level of customer service. Maintain online software application, Track Via and train for volunteer use.

Responsible for proper annual fund gift processing and managing the donor database to ensure the integrity of gift and personal data. Coordinate internal meetings and assist colleagues in executing special events. Oversee processing of annual fund pledge payment reminders, declined credit cards, and track online and matching gifts. Track operational budget and process expenses for annual giving office, including expense reports.

Supervise part time student workers and act as project manager between staff and the student workers. Provide customer service support and respond to inquiries made from alumni and donors through the management of departmental email inboxes and main telephone line.
