Minimal training or prior knowledge of work is required. Position will start the week of August 23rd.
Duties will include, but are not limited to: Assisting students, faculty/staff, and community members who visit the department. Duties will include maintaining the department's front office desk and multi-phone line, photocopying, scanning, organizing office materials, running errands on campus, and other duties as assigned. Applicants must be available to work at least 5-10 hours a week.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google documents
Ability to work independently
Prefer federal work study eligible students but not required.
