The Hub IT Tech Lead is a lead service desk analyst who assists faculty, staff, and students resolve issues with computer hardware and software. The lead functions as tier 2 support in response to end-user issues beyond the scope of student assistants and acts in a semi-managerial role. This is a part-time position limited to 30 hours per week.
The Hub IT Tech Lead provides tier 2 IT support in collaboration with the service counter, campus support, and virtual services departments. The Lead closes the service counter each day worked and provides evening support of any high-priority technical issues and special events between the hours of 11 am and 9 pm on weekdays and possibly some weekends.
