Administrative Program Coordinator....Advancement - Associate VP Major Gifts
Location: New Orleans, LA
The Administrative Program Coordinator, Major Gifts, Law School is an administrative position reporting to the Director of Alumni Relations, Law School. The position supports the entire law alumni relations and development team. The position assists with the coordination of program events and other special projects and provides travel and administrative support to frontline officers for all advancement and alumni engagement-related activities. The Program Coordinator works with other departments within Advancement including all other Major Gifts teams, Gift Planning, Stewardship, Corporate & Foundation Relations, Alumni Relations, Development Communications and other departments throughout the university.
• Bachelor’s degree OR • High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years’ related experience
• Knowledge of university fundraising. • Some office or administrative experience.
