Position Description:
The Executive MBA (EMBA) and UCLA-NUS Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) programs at the UCLA Anderson School of Management are nationally-recognized, self-supporting degree programs that serve approximately 460 students, all of whom are mid-career professionals and experienced managers. Under the general supervision of the Director of Executive MBA Career and Leadership Development, the Operations Manager Career and Leadership Development will have the following primary responsibilities:

Continue to support and provide coverage for EMBA Operation Manager.

A. Maintain regular communication with Executive MBA students and assist with any career services-related questions.
B. Track and communicate with new admits, ensuring that they receive and complete all career management pre-work.
C. Collaborate with the full time MBA Parker Career Management Center (PCMC) and communicate resources and events back to the Executive MBA students.
D Assist with all On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) activities including setting up and managing the online learning platform.
E. Troubleshoot student database issues and assist students in working with the MyCareer system.
F. Assist in a variety of projects and activities that support Executive MBA Career Services including events and activities requiring a high level of competency in the use of use of Microsoft Office software programs and Anderson systems:
i. Manage room assignments
ii. Build and edit PowerPoint decks
iii. Manage student activities and event registrations
iiii. Create and conduct post-event surveys
iiiii. Manage all payments to vendors and coordinate logistics, where required
G. Manage administration of executive coaching assignments and 360 degree evaluations.
H. Maintain speaker lists and alumni information to help develop the Leadership Speakers Series.
I. Assist with expense reimbursement for student field study projects.
J. When workload allows, assist other members of the Executive MBA team on special projects.
