Incumbent works independently or under broad direction of the Finance Manager to develop, prepare, and analyze advanced level financial reports for assigned programmatic, administrative, and operational areas. Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual budget v. actual reports to Anderson Executive Directors, Directors, and Senior Level Management.
Provide overall Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for the Anderson School. Analyze current and historical data to produce ad-hoc financial reports. Consult with management on trends and make recommendations for budgetary and strategic planning purposes.
Exercising independent initiative, incumbent is responsible for providing advice on guidelines, fund restrictions, UC policies and the proper accounting treatment of activities.
Incumbent will be skilled in identifying relevant business and finance information and effectively communicating that information to various target audiences using articulate, professional, and concise language.
Complete special projects and ad hoc reporting and analysis as assigned.
