Temporary Employee - Non-Exempt-

Responsibilities
The MBA Career Management office hires temporary external Reviewers to conduct 1st and 2nd year resume reviews each year. All Resume Reviewers attend a training session in August prior to the kick off of the review process. Each reviewer is assigned a batch of students resumes (volume depends on number of reviewers each year) to be reviewed and each review takes about one hour. The reviews include a format and content review. Reviewers will follow the resume guidelines for the Wharton resume template. The review process finalizes a student's resume for inclusion in the Wharton Resume Book (available for employers to purchase) as well as for the job search process.

Qualifications
MBA or other graduate degree strongly preferred along with a minimum of five to seven years of prior work experience in recruiting, job placement, career counseling or coaching and/or significant industry experience. Deep knowledge of business and business careers, and strong written and oral communication skills, are essential. Highly motivated and dedicated individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Willingness to go above and beyond in order to achieve the required goals.
