Implements outreach activities that contribute to increased access to educational opportunities for specific populations and geographic areas. Assist students in the transition to college. Contributes to the overall functioning of all CAC One Stop Enrollment Services locations and is actively involved in the recruitment, advisement, and registration of students. Actively contributes to meeting College goals for access, enrollment, retention, completion and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.Responsibilities
- Recruitment, advising, and registration of target student populations following the one stop Enrollment Services model.
- Develop presentations and present workshops on variety of topics related to college enrollment, student transitions, student development, and available college and community resources.
- Resolve admissions issues to facilitate the onboarding process for prospective students.
- Work closely as the primary contact with high school personnel at target sites to strengthen and maintain working relationships.
- Assist in planning and facilitation of New Student Orientation and other outreach events.
- Assist as-needed with college communications, including with the current CRM and ERP software, virtual call center, artificial intelligence chatbot, customer service software and other service tools
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree
EXPERIENCE: One year applicable experience
SPECIAL POSITION CONDITIONS: Considerable travel required using own means of transportation. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends. Bilingual Spanish desirable.
SALARY: Entry Salary Range: $42,343.00 - $44,884.00 per year (Dependent upon Qualifications)

Duties performed causes fatigue of eyes, fingers, or other faculties due to long periods of standing, sitting, and/or repetitive motion. Duties require continuous effort in working with light to moderate (10 to 30 lbs. and, on occasion, over 30 lbs.) materials producing some body fatigue.

Job is performed in general office or comparable working area with distractions such as noise, interruptions, or congested work areas with exposure to some disagreeable elements. Early morning, evening, and weekend hours required with some travel.
