Ability to operate a personal computer with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Office Suite
Minimum of two years experienced in secretarial or administrative support work Job Description:

Responsible for providing administrative and general clerical support to management/staff within assigned division/department or unit.Job Duties:
Open office and serve as front-line reception staff. Additional Information to Applicants:
Assist students with appointments, queries about support services, and make referrals as appropriate
Schedule, coordinate, gather information and compile data as needed for events/meetings
Prepare travel applications and reimbursement paperwork for both staff and students
Process purchasing and printing requests
Assist in maintaining office accounts
Compose, draft and proofread correspondence and reports
Perform occasional out-of-office errands
Maintain staff calendars
Maintain confidential files and records
Answer multi-line phone and transfer and screen calls as needed, take detailed messages, exhibit excellent customer service skills and perform other duties as assigned
