Job Summary

This position will work within a professional office environment, greeting and assisting Print Services' customers with requests for printing services. Duties will include: providing excellent customer service, communicating professionally, operating a variety of office equipment, using a computer and office related software, operating a cash register, assisting full-time staff members, and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Must be admitted to the University of West Georgia and enrolled in 6 or more credit hours.

Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Proficient in using computers and standard office software like Microsoft Office Suite.

Must have availability between hours of 11am - 1pm.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous customer service or retail experience.

Experience or interest in business, office administration, or marketing.

Preference given to business, communication, and marketing majors.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Ability to lift 30 pounds, stand and sit for extended periods of time.
