Job Summary

This position will process graduate student applications using Ellucian Recruit. This position will download applications, calculate GPAs from transcripts, download electronic transcripts, scan documents, complete application files, process application decisions, push application documents to Banner, download test scores, communicate with applicants via email, phone, and face-to-face. This position also communicates with program coordinators regarding applicants.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
High school diploma or GED is required.

Required Experience
Candidate must have at least two years experience in a customer service role.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Experience
Experience in a higher education institution; experience with Ellucian Recruit and Banner.

Proposed Salary

$32,094.04
