The Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with the University of San Diego in the search for a Director of Development, College of Arts and Sciences.

The Director of Development, College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) will be responsible for major gift fundraising duties for the College as well as university-wide priorities. In partnership with the  Associate Vice President and the Dean of College of Arts and Sciences, the Director of Development will develop a comprehensive fundraising program for private support from faculty, staff, alumni, friends of CAS and other individuals, corporations, and foundations at all levels, with particular emphasis on major gifts of $25,000 and above.

A bachelor’s degree is required for this position as is at least five years of experience in fundraising, including demonstrated management and administrative skills.
