Job Summary

Managing CoC's collaborative activities with the GT-Lorraine (GTL) campus in Metz, France, for graduate students. This includes acting on the behalf of GTL administration to obtain approval for CoC courses to be taught in Metz by GTL faculty; advising students who are enrolled at other GT campuses and wish to spend semesters at GTL; working with the CoC academic scheduling office to ensure the proper registration-system setup of CoC courses for GTL students; and obtaining approval of transfer credit for GTL students who wish to spend semesters on the Atlanta campus. Obtaining CoC faculty approval of experience-verification letters for CoC alumni who are seeking Permanent Residency in the United States. This includes obtaining from the alumni draft letters of skills developed during their time at GT; collaborating with CoC faculty members to ensure the accuracy of these letters; working with alumni to modify these letters as suggested by the faculty; and obtaining the signature of the CoC Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. This position will also assist the CoC office of international programs with the administration of special academic programs offered by CoC in Barcelona and Berlin.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Academic Affairs, Business Management, Education or related field or
equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Experience
Five to six years of job related experience.

This job requires application of professional principles, processes and practices; application of regulations; utilization of basic and advanced computer applications including those specific to areas of responsibility; communication skills.
