Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Student Integrity, the Associate Director of Student Integrity is responsible for assisting in the management of the student conduct program for the campus.

  • Supervise the Coordinator of Student Integrity
  • Serve as point of contact for Maxient database administration
  • Serve as a hearing officer/investigator for violations of the Code of Conduct
  • Maintain overall responsibility for case intake, evaluation, processing, and assignment
  • Oversee the scheduling and training process for the Student Integrity Board
  • Oversee educational outreach activities and development of office resources, including written materials, website information, training/workshops, educational seminars, and other resources as determined appropriate
  • Assist the Director in the development of policies and procedure
  • Serve as a resource and consultant to students, faculty, staff, and community members
  • Assist with assessment and generating reports for various departments and agencies
  • Oversee the management and training for all new employees in the Office of Student Integrity
  • Participate in division-wide and campus-wide initiatives and programs
  • Serve in the absence of the Director of Student Integrity
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
  • Graduate Degree in higher education, student affairs, or related area
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in student conduct or judicial affairs
  • 1-2 years of supervision (full-time and/or part-time)
  • Experience with student conduct management database (Maxient, etc.)
Conditions of Employment

Position may require local travel. Ability to lift and carry files and materials. Ability to move from one office to another office on campus. Adequate vision, hearing and manual dexterity to interact with people in person, on the phone and in writing. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
