Job Details

The School of Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Evansville invites applications for a visiting Assistant Professor of Computer Science to start in August 2021.


The primary responsibilities include teaching up to 12 contact hours per semester. Course assignments will be a combination of lecture and laboratory courses. All teaching is at the undergraduate level. Preference will be given to candidates who are passionate about teaching undergraduate computer science courses. The courses offered in the program are given in the link below.

Required Education/Experience

Requirements include a doctorate (or near completion) in computer science or a master’s degree with relevant experience. Candidates who have potential for excellence in undergraduate teaching and enhance the educational experience of our students are encouraged to apply.
