To coordinate front desk enrollment activity, technology, and communication.Description of Duties and TasksEssential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Coordinates the organization, preparation, technical set-up, and implementation of enrollment events (application, assessment, and registration), for virtual and face-to-face events.Works with Austin Community College (ACC) AE Admissions desks, AE staff and faculty, ACC at large, ACC AE partners, and the community to disseminate accurate information about AE enrollment.Provides virtual and face-to-face training to student-facing staff on student contact management and other systems as needed to ensure enrollment processes are implemented correctly and with excellent customer service.Administers pre- and post- assessments (progress testing) required for grant compliance. Assists assessors as needed.Represents ACC AE at ACC and community events to inform external and internal audiences about AE Division including enrollment processes. Works with advising supervisor to coordinate ACC Liaison Training for AE Division.Establishes and maintains student referral systems with the Workforce Board and other partner organizations including off-site enrollment events as needed. Works with data management coordinator to establish systems and maintain data integrity.Develops and maintains alternative on-ramp with digital literacy and distance learning focus to help remove barriers for students.Coordinates systemized enrollment marketing and communication modules/activities including automated campaigns and enrollment webpages.Provides technical assistance to students, instructors, recruiter/advisors, supervisors, and partner agency staff with enrollment management issues.Assists with enrollment and marketing of Workforce Solutions programs and services.Researches, presents, and implements relevant emerging technologies to improve enrollment services to students and related software.May oversee the work of and train front-desk enrollment hourly staff in CRM, communication technologies, and other job functions.Assists with special projects.
