DIRECTOR OF INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS, RESEARCH, & PLANNING

Regular, administrative, fulltime, 12-month, $91,574 - $105,609/annually

Under the general direction of the Superintendent/President, works independently and collaboratively to design, implement, and support various research projects in support of institutional planning and accountability goals; analyzes and validates results and prepares reports on outcomes; leads institutional effectiveness efforts and program review processes; and works in partnership with President’s Staff and other shared governance bodies.  Feather River College is looking for a creative individual to grow their individual talents and work with all campus constituents to ultimately improve services to students.  The position will play an active leadership role in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts based upon research findings and best practices.  Campus programs, services, processes, and stakeholders work with the successful candidate to review, evaluate, plan, and improve campus services in support of overall planning and institutional effectiveness efforts.  The individual selected should be excited about a leadership role in moving the college forward in collecting data information, working with campus groups to understand the findings, improve services and functions based upon data results, and submitting standard data requests.  While no one individual will be an expert in all of these fields, this position is available to the candidate who is willing to learn, is creative, and promotes a supportive atmosphere to help campus constituents, including student groups.  Positive working relationships with students, faculty, staff and administrators are essential for the successful candidate.
