This position is for currently enrolled Clayton State University students
The Student Assistant will provide exceptional customer services to all individuals who make contact with CAPS. He/she will greet students, faculty, and visitors to the office and provide assistance and information on available services. He/she will answer the telephone and provide routine information pertaining to services, as well as direct calls to appropriate persons or departments. The Student Assistant will provide support to the Administrative Assistant on various projects and events and assist with data processing. He/she will perform general office functions, including faxing and copying, and will provide support to the Director and other office staff as needed. The Student Assistant will work closely with CAPS staff to develop and implement outreach programs to promote mental health, including developing content for social media and other creative projects.
