Job title: Coordinator of Dual Enrollment Programs

Overtime status: exempt

Major responsibilities:

Under the general supervision of the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management or designee will provide program directions and implementation to a successful dual enrollment program by executing state of the art communication, recruitment, outreach and sales approach to meeting goals.

Essential job functions:

Support the University dual enrollment efforts by providing leadership in the successful execution of all strategies and tactics in pursuit of meeting yearly goals by:

  1. Maintaining and updating lists of targeted schools, corresponding principals and vice principals.
  2. Creating a communication plan for school personnel as well as parents and students.
  3. Secure list of students that could benefit from a dual enrollment experience.
  4. Execute a recruitment plan highlighting the various components of the plan.
  5. Provide timely information to students and parents on program offerings
  6. Facilitate the registration and admissions process.
  7. Works closely with the Director of Admissions and University Registrar to create a seamless process
  8. Assist in annual development of articulation agreements and recruitment efforts between  all targeted high schools, and home school parents.
  9. Assist in the development of a short and long range plan for the recruitment of dual enrollment students into Marymount.
  10. Organize and make presentations to targeted high schools, meet with potential dual enrollment students, parents, high school counselors and senior school leadership. Distribute admissions and dual enrollment information.
  11. Serves as the university’s primary resource for dual enrollment.
  12. Works closely with the Assistant Vice Provost to identify course offerings that meet student’s demands for dual enrollment.
  13. Develops semester and annual report for dual enrollment program.
  14. When requested, assists with other university wide recruitment activities.
  15. Availability to participate in events on some evenings and weekends.
