JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Under the direction of an assigned supervisor this position will develop and assist the Program Director in the daily management of the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellowship program. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Coordinates the day-to-day operations and provide support for program director and fellows. Coordinate the day to day administrative functions of the Divisions of Research, Benign Gyn and Vice Chairs in the Department. Prepares and processes summative evaluations.Coordinates programs annual events throughout the year. Schedules and coordinates appointments for Program Director. Prepares travel reimbursement, maintains records, and correspondence.Prepares and distributes fellowship schedules.Maintains leave requests and resident files. Updates fellow status in the program with national governing organizations. Process all verification of fellow training request. Monitor’s fellows duty hours Monitor board eligibility status Prepares travel reimbursement, maintains records, and correspondence.Performs other related duties as assigned.                                                      


Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED)

EXPERIENCE: Four (4) years of related administrative experience preferably in a university setting.  Must have the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines, project management skills, strong written and oral communication skills, computer skills.

WORK SCHEDULE: This position may occasionally work evenings and weekends.
