Position Description:
The Fully Employed MBA Program is an executive type, full service, and self-supporting MBA program for ~850 students, with an operating budget of ~2 million in the UCLA Anderson School. Under the general supervision of the Director of Program Management, the Sr. Program Manager assumes the following primary responsibilities: (1) manages a class of ~315 graduate students (registration fee account management and general student affairs management); (2) manages courses; (3) manages operations of FEMBA Hybrid sections; (4) trains and provides leadership to FEMBA Program Mangers; (5) manages student affairs within FEMBA /International Student Exchange Program (6) manages FEMBA Commencement and related activities; (7) provides leadership and/or assistance with projects and events that are organized by FEMBA Program's operations and student services area; (8) works closely with FEMBA students and staff, Anderson faculty and administrators, UCLA campus services, and external vendors; (9) manages a variety of new and continuing projects and activities that support FEMBA Operations and Student Affairs requiring a high level of competency in the use of use of Excel, Word, Power Point, File Maker Pro, Dreamweaver, and Ingeniux software programs; Responsibilities require need to work independently and as a fully-participating member of a management team to deliver a wide range of services to students, faculty, and senior management.

In the 2007 edition of U.S. News and World Report, UCLA Medical Center was ranked best in the West, as well as one of the top 3 hospitals in the United States alongside Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Johns Hopkins Hospital. In 15 of the 16 medical specialty areas examined, UCLA Medical Center ranked in the top 20.
