Job Summary Provide support to managers and HR community regarding time and labor questions and concerns. Function as the liaison of the dual appointment process. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: Payroll, assigned user group management and staff, technical project management and staff.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

    Provide customer service and support for inquiries from managers and HR representatives regarding time and labor processingMonitor time and leave tickets to ensure all tickets are resolved in a timely manner, or are assigned to the appropriate resourceMaintain security and grant access to Time and Labor system for end users.Run and analyze time and leave queries and reports to process the biweekly and monthly payrolls. Find time and absence errors and resolve all issues prior to confirming payroll.Coordinate and facilitate completion of the dual appointment process including negotiating Home Institution designation, facilitating work completion form, invoicing and payment, and retaining records of agreements for the Institution.Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Other Required Qualifications
Experience in payroll, accounting or auditing

Required Experience
Three years of job related experience

Preferred Qualifications Additional Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Workday and/or PeopleSoft. Advanced Excel Skills. Kaba Time System Experience

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities SKILLS
Ability to provide high-quality customer service and maintain those standards for the area. Detailed record-keeping skills; Ability to collect and analyze data of a complex nature and prepare and submit reports.
