Work schedule is 1pm to 5pm

Job Summary

Interacting with Guests, Students, Faculty and Staff to ensure a positive experience with Parking Services. Issuing Guests, Students, Faculty and Staff hangtags. First point of contact with customers in person and over the phone. Assisting with various projects and presentations. Assisting other Auxiliary Services departments as needed.

Required Qualifications

1. Arrive to work on time .
2. Availability to work 20 hours per week in the Fall, Spring, AND Summer semester. 3.Maintain a 2.5 GPA.
3. Be enrolled as a full time student in Fall and Spring."

4. Available to work 1pm to 5pm

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Google Suite knowledge would be useful. Must be comfortable talking to customers, answering the phone, and dealing with difficult situations.

Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be punctual and dependable. Must be willing to adhere to all parking rules and regulations. Ability to sit for long periods of time in an office environment. Ability to move comfortable around the office.
