Position Summary:

Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Boca Raton, FL.

The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator will be to develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications plans to market and promote assigned sports. This includes working with members of coaching staff, ticketing and communications staffs to create campaigns; coordinating and managing game day event activities, managing community relations events; serving as a liaison to community groups for FAU Athletics and working with ticket sales and corporate sponsorship staff to implement contractual elements.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience required.

Master’s degree preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to success in this position.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.

Must also have excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills.
