Description
Funding is being provided from the PA Department of Education, the Philadelphia Housing Authority and the Dean’s Office from the College of Education and Human Development to support this position. This position will support the administrative operations of the 21st Century Community Learning Center, the Community-Led Education at North Central Community Center, and educational programing being led by the Dean’s Office.

Under the supervision of the Principal Investigator the Research Admin Coordinator will provide Administrative Support and oversee the day to day administrative operations of grant projects.  This position carries out both programmatic support and ensures program outcomes are met.  Additionally, the incumbent provides support to the Dean’s Office Finance Team in the form of assisting with biweekly payroll management. Performs other duties as assigned.
 
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelors and 6 months related experience that includes grant management, working in research administration, and/or university financial departments. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. 

Required Skills & Abilities:
* Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and ability to provide administrative support.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with school personnel and community providers.
* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to be highly flexible.
* Ability to work collaboratively with partner organizations.

Preferred:
* Experience with Concur and Kronos.
